The NHL's top two executives will be in Winnipeg to take in the Central Division matchup between the Dallas Stars and host Jets from Canada Life Centre on Tuesday evening.
The 7:00 PM central puck drop will feature NHL Commissioner Gary Bettman and Deputy Commissioner Bill Daly in attendance.

According to a release from True North Sports + Entertainment, the two execs will speak to media at Canada Life Centre's Matt Frost Media Centre prior to the game.
Despite Winnipeg's last major event coming way back in 2016 (the Heritage Classic between Winnipeg and the Edmonton Oilers at Investors Group Field) Tuesday's press conference is likely not being held to unveil a major event/announcement, but rather provide Bettman and Daly an opportunity to speak in the Canadian market currently ranked No. 1 across the league's standings.
Winnipeg will look to maintain it top ranking in a battle for first-place with Jason Robertson and the Stars on Tuesday. Still without forwards Nikolaj Ehlers and Morgan Barron, as well as defenceman Logan Stanley, who are all on the team's injured reserve, the Jets will likely ice the following lineup:
Connor-Scheifele-Appleton
Perfetti-Dubois-Wheeler
Jonsson-Fjallby-Lowry-Maenalanen
Harkins-Gustafsson-Gagner
Pionk-Morrissey
Dillon-Schmidt
DeMelo-Samberg
Hellebuyck
Also special for Tuesday's game is True North's very first Filipino Heritage Night. The club recently unveiled the specialty themed sweaters that it will wear during warmups as well as its professionally designed logo. Filipino Heritage Night will also feature food, music and community collaborations throughout the game.
The jerseys worn for warmup will be auctioned off post-game in support of Filipino youth initiatives across the city. Clothing featuring the Filipino Heritage Night logo will also be available for purchase at Jets Gear. The Tagalog language will be used at times during the in-arena entertainment, while Filipino disc jockeys and in-game entertainment officials will serve the Jets’ community while honouring their traditions.
Filipino Choir Musica will lead the national anthems, while specialty food items will be available for purchase within the concourse. Grilled Chicken Adobo Bowls, Traditional Pork Lumpia, and Chicken Adobo Skewers will be available for purchase at all Aviator Grill locations.
Winnipeg has long been known as a city with a rich heritage for those of Filipino descent. Owning the third-largest Filipino population across Canada behind Toronto (275K) and Vancouver (135K), Winnipeg’s 80K Filipinos make up roughly one tenth of its total population.
The Jets will honour a total of four of Manitoba’s diverse cultures with specialty cultural celebrations on game nights throughout the season. On top of the November 8 Filipino Heritage Night, Winnipeg will also honour Black History Night (Feb. 28), WASAC (Winnipeg Aboriginal Sports Achievement Centre) Night (March 4) and South Asian Heritage Night (Feb. 11).
