ABOUT ME After graduating from Balmoral Hall School last June, I reached my long-time goal to attend the University of Manitoba. As a former junior Bison, my opportunity to join the Bisons women’s hockey team was a dream come true! I have chosen to study social work and criminology as I pursue an arts degree.
LATEST HIGHLIGHTS At the moment, I am finding myself in the new roles that I play on the ice and in the classroom. I have been learning, adapting and growing throughout my first year. Reconnecting with many of my Blazers’ teammates, who now play for teams across the U Sports Canada West division, are some of my best memories from the past six months.
THE FUTURE ME In four years, I may choose to continue playing hockey in Europe if given the option. After, I hope to become a police officer. My dad became one when I was three and ever since I have had my sights set on that. I love helping people, and I want to do so in a career that encourages athleticism.
