Declan Chisholm Voted in as AHL All-Star

In conjunction with the American Hockey League, the Manitoba Moose have announced that defenceman Declan Chisholm will be heading to the AHL All-Star Classic from February 5-6 in Laval, Quebec. The 22-year-old has had a spectacular year thus far for the Moose, putting up three goals and 23 points in 32 games, while also registering 13 penalty minutes on the season. His 20 assists are tops on the team, while his three power play goals are tied for third. Chisholm, a product of Bowmanville, ON. skated in two games for the Jets last year, making his NHL debut and then sticking around for one more games when Winnipeg ran into some injury problems on the back-end. Selected in the fifth round of the 2018 NHL Draft, 2022-23 has been the third season of Chisholm's professional career, following four years in the Ontario Hockey League with the Peterborough Petes. Nine rookies will be attendance while nine first round picks will be attendance.
